An example would be, instead of eating out of boredom, try only eating when you’re actually hungry for a week. Whenever your body is hungry, don’t go for chips and salsa, instead go for ceviche with plantain chips. Try it before you turn your nose up, trust us, it’s good. If you never drink water because an ice cold Dr. Pepper is your go-to, try alternating them for a week. Have your DP, but back it up with a cold bottle of water or on ice with a lemon.
