Today’s Featured Product is….
This supplement has been used worldwide for a very long time. It is the oldest supplement in the history of similar consumer products. Nandrolone is amongst those who prefer a little extra something to make sure all their hard work and dedication is working. This helps them bulk up quicker.
The Prime Ingredient Nandrolone Phenylpropionate
This is the main substance found in this product that helps with bulking up results for the user. In this particular one, the ester known as Decanoate helps increase mass and muscle slowly and when used over a few weeks results have been seen to start showing on the physique.
Nandrolone is an anabolic steroid and has been seen to be beneficial in increasing strength and LBM in the muscles of any user because it helps to rebuild the muscle tissues that cause injury or sickness. The nandrolone decanoate is the active component that makes up the supplement and medicinal uses have been included to treat things such as breast cancer (in women), anemia, osteoporosis (loss of tissues in the bones), and those suffering from long term corticosteroids.
Those That Use It and Why
Several sportspeople, athletes, and competitive bodybuilders have been using this type of steroid for long periods. They use it to improve their overall performance and be in top shape for any competitive events. Not only does it help muscle recovery but it also helps to build stamina, which keeps your training sessions going longer. It adds strength, stamina, and overall improvements to the physique. This is why it falls under the performance-enhancing product category.
Known Benefits of Nandrolone
Below are a few of the known benefits seen in users as well as tests.
A gain in Overall Mass
Nandrolone phenylpropionate is the chief ingredient in Deca Durabolin and is a very effective bulking component. When used right, it can make a lot of difference to the body. For instance, a lot of professionals use it during their breaks or off-seasons to bulk up, so when it’s time to go back ‘in the ring’ they are bigger and better. In comparison to any other products such as Dianabol or Anadrol for instance, this is by far the most successful. Also, with this substance your changes in muscle loss are minimal.
Faster Muscle Recovery Rates
An increase in Cortisol also increases the time your body takes to heal from injury and strain.
Typically, a lot of supplements in this category have been known to be collagen stimulants. This one has been known in particular to help towards improving collagen synthesis a lot more than most others on the market as well as an increase in bone mineral density. Most of the tissues in our bodies are made up of collagen, and as we get older it starts to deplete and as a result, structural components such as bones, skin, muscles, tendons, and ligaments start becoming weak; accordingly, it is important to replenish supplies every few years.
It is very easy to tear a ligament or pull a muscle during any training session or competitive event and using this helps give that added pain-relief and quick recovery of tissues and cell replacement, when needed. It works similarly to a pain-killer and in none-toxic.
The Benefits of Collagen
“Collagen is a type of protein that plays an important role in building and supporting many tissues, from bones and cartilage to skin, hair, eyes, and the digestive system,” says Sonya Angelone, RDN, who practices in San Francisco and is a spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
When you take a collagen supplement or eat foods rich in collagen, you are consuming collagen that comes from an animal, explains Ryanne Lachman, RDN, a functional medicine dietitian at Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. Collagen peptides are often sold in powdered or capsule form, and collagen can also be consumed in bone broth.
Supplements Help Replace What’s Naturally Lost Through Aging
Collagen is the “glue” that holds your body together, says Angelone. It makes up about one-third of the protein in your body, research shows. Thing is, she says, your body produces less collagen starting in your thirties and forties.
Collagen Helps Smooth Wrinkles and Boost Elasticity in Skin
Skin health is the most well-researched benefit of taking collagen, says Lachman. In a January 2019 review in the Journal of Drugs in Dermatology, researchers analyzed 11 randomized, placebo-controlled studies of more than 800 patients who took up to 10 grams (g) per day of collagen with the goal of improving skin health. The results? The supplements were shown to improve skin elasticity. “Ten grams per day is a small scoop,” says Lachman — and it could be a small step in preserving a youthful appearance.
Collagen May Help Lessen Joint Aches and Pains
Joint pain can make it difficult to exercise, which can knock you off the path toward your goals. Taking a collagen supplement may help you get back on track. “There is some evidence that collagen can be great for supporting connective tissues and improving joint pain after exercise,” says Angelone. For instance, one study published in January 2017 in the journal Applied Physiology, Nutrition, and Metabolism found that athletes with knee pain who took 5 g of collagen peptides daily for 12 weeks had less joint pain during exercise compared with a placebo group. Oral collagen may support cartilage repair and may also have an anti-inflammatory effect.
Promotes Gut Health
In inflammatory digestive conditions, such as irritable bowel disease (IBD), there is a “gut healing” theory about collagen. “Some research finds that collagen levels are decreased in patients with these conditions. By taking collagen, you would help correct a deficiency,” says Lachman.
Research published in May 2017 in the journal Alimentary Pharmacology and Therapeutics found that among IBD patients, there was an imbalance between the formation and breakdown of collagen fibers, and this was connected to inflammation. Past research also shows that IBD patients have decreased serum levels of type 4 collagen.
Collagen Boosts Your Heart Health
Stirring collagen into your coffee may be good for your ticker, too. A small uncontrolled open label study published in the Journal of Atherosclerosis and Thrombosis in May 2017 looked at 32 participants who took a collagen tripeptide twice a day. After six months, markers of atherosclerosis (buildup in artery walls), including measures of cholesterol and arterial stiffness, had improved. (When atherosclerosis affects the arteries that lead to your heart, it’s known as coronary artery disease, which is the deadliest form of heart disease, per the Mayo Clinic.) Researchers think that the collagen may help fortify blood vessel walls to reduce the risk of artery disease.
Peptides Can Keep Bones Healthy
Bone mineral density decreases as you age, especially after menopause, according to the National Osteoporosis Foundation. Researchers postulated that this was because the collagen stimulated bone formation while slowing down bone loss, per an article in the journal Nutrients in January 2018.
Collagen May Be Useful in Joint Disease
There are different types of collagen, according to an article published in November 2019 in Molecules. Type 1 (found in beef) is beneficial when it comes to your skin, while type 2 (found in chicken) is potentially more helpful when it comes to arthritic joint pain, Lachman explains. Joints are composed of cartilage, which is largely made up of collagen. A study published in June 2016 in the Eurasian Journal of Medicine found that patients with knee osteoarthritis who took acetaminophen along with type 2 collagen reduced joint pain during walking and had quality of life superior to those on the medication alone. That said, research is mixed and hasn’t come to a firm conclusion. Lachman says your best bet is to purchase a supplement that contains various sources of animal collagen for the widest range of benefits.
More on Nandrolone…
Increases Red Blood Cell Production
When using it, and training frequently, it speeds up the rate of your red blood cells. This helps them work better and for longer. This results in the ability to train or compete for longer periods without getting fatigued or tired easily.
Boosts Your Testosterone Levels
It can lead to an increase in your testosterone levels, which in turn helps to increase both stamina and strength. Both help you train for longer periods and harness the maximum benefits from using it.
Retaining Nitrogen Levels
A lot of people have found that taking this supplement also aids in retaining Nitrogen levels. Other products have been used to do the same thing for example Trenbolone but with less of a result in comparison to Nandrolone. The reason why they are looking to keep a steady level of Nitrogen is that it helps towards Anabolism, which is a biochemical reaction in your body that helps with metabolism. As a result, your cells get their strength and detoxification completed.
Tip of the Day…
As we age, we tend to get wrapped up in everyday life and forget to take care of ourselves. There is a reason they tell us to put the oxygen mask on ourselves before placing it on our loved ones. Maybe consider using this weekend to start taking a little better care of yourself. Take a walk, or maybe even a light jog. You could wake up and start with 10 push-ups and 10 sit-ups and that’s all. Just know that our supplements are meant to be a helper in everything you do to take care of you. We’re here to assist, kind of like a BFF that never stays too long or gets on your nerves! Cheers to Oxygen and never overstaying your welcome!!!
